01 / Personal Training
One-on-One Coaching.
Your trainer. Your goals. Your full hour. Personal training at Innovative Fitness is built around you – your body, your history, your schedule, and the specific results you want. Whether you're working toward weight loss, building strength, recovering from an injury, or training for a sport, your trainer designs a program that meets you exactly where you are.

02 / Semi-Private
Small-Group Training, Personal Attention.
Semi-private training pairs you with 2 to 5 others in a small, focused group with the same certified coach, same hands-on instruction, lower cost per session. You get the energy of training alongside others working toward similar goals, with the personal coaching that group fitness can't match.

03 / Group Training
Train Together. Push Harder.
Our group classes bring high-energy training to a team atmosphere – full-body workouts designed to build strength, burn fat, and improve cardiovascular fitness. Every class is led by a certified coach who scales the work to each athlete's level, so beginners and veterans train side-by-side.
Team Total Body Strength
Our group version of strength training, designed as an alternative for members who don't participate in private or semi-private coaching. Full-body workout including foam rolling, stretching, corrective exercises, dynamic warm-up, power development, core, and full-body strength training designed to maximize lean body mass and calorie expenditure.
Team Metabolic
Cardio workout recommended for Private, Semi-private, and Team training members on opposite days of their strength training days. Anaerobic metabolic conditioning incorporating both core and power. Interval training, time-based circuits across full-body movements, increasing heart rate for work intervals with active recovery between exercises.
Training Camp
Saturday mornings only. 7:00am Gig Harbor / 7:15am Fircrest. Group of 15+ in a positive, motivating environment. One-hour high-calorie burn for both regular members getting an extra workout and new members getting a feel for our facility. $10 drop-in welcome – members and non-members.
